The Level-Up program was created to give our people the tools, confidence and support to lead with purpose and make meaningful contributions to the business. Whether someone is a seasoned team lead or an emerging talent, this program is designed to help them grow in their own leadership style and drive real-world business improvements.
Built for Impact
Unlike traditional programs, Level-Up is hands-on and embedded in everyday work. Participants don’t just learn theory—they apply practical leadership and project management skills to real-time challenges and opportunities within the business. The program’s structure ensures cross-departmental collaboration, enabling participants to share ideas, challenge assumptions and innovate together.

Leadership – Understanding personal leadership style and how to influence and inspire.
Project Management – Delivering tangible business results through structure and strategy.
Business – Gaining a broader commercial understanding to drive change and performance.
Celebrating Growth and Achievement
At the end of the program, participants from Albany to Launceston, to Wellington and Cairns, will come together in person to showcase their achievements. This all-in event offers an opportunity to present their proposals directly to the Executive Management Team ‘Shark Tank’ style! The business will adopt the best improvements and innovations created by our people and the winning team will be generously rewarded for their efforts. On successful completion of the program they will also earn a Certificate of Completion and connect with the peers they’ve collaborated with throughout the journey.
